What move-out cleaning includes
Our move-out deep clean covers everything a landlord, property manager, or next homeowner expects:
- All floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped (including closets and inside pantries)
- All surfaces dusted — baseboards, window sills, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures
- Kitchen — inside oven, stovetop, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher exterior, microwave inside and out, all cabinets wiped inside and out, counters degreased, sink scrubbed
- Bathrooms — tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, fixtures, grout
- Interior windows and tracks
- Wall spot-cleaning (scuffs, handprints — not full wall washing)
- Blinds and vents dusted
- Light fixtures and switch plates wiped
- Trash removed
What move-in cleaning includes
Same thorough scope, with an extra focus on:
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces the previous occupant left behind
- Inside cabinets and drawers (before you load them)
- Fridge and freezer interior
- Pet-related deep cleaning if applicable
